Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered
Email us your order number and a few photos. We replace it or refund you in full. You pay nothing and you do not send anything back.
Changed your mind
Return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer cost, and we will give you the exact figure in writing before you post anything.
Cancelled before it ships
Full refund, no questions, as long as it has not left the facility.
Never arrived
Past 25 business days we reship or refund in full. Your choice.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need additional time to show the funds.
