How long will my order take?
Processing is 1 to 2 business days, then 12 to 20 business days for delivery. You will have a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship from?
Directly from our manufacturing partner overseas. We do not hold domestic stock, which is why the prices are what they are.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days. If it arrived damaged or wrong, we cover everything. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is yours and we will quote it before you send.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet.
What if my order never arrives?
Past 25 business days, tell us and we reship or refund in full.
Is checkout secure?
The whole site runs on SSL and card details go straight to the payment processor. We never see or store them.
