By placing an order with Modern Elegance you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order and will refund you in full if we do. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens. If an item arrives materially different from its description, our Refund and Return Policy covers you.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are estimates. Customs checks and carrier delays are outside our control, and our Shipping Policy sets out what happens if an order is late.

Cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order leaves the facility.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store card numbers.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
