Free shipping

Free shipping on orders over $75. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order.

Delivery

Our pieces ship from our overseas manufacturing partner. Standard delivery within the United States takes 12 to 20 business days from the date of shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the facility.

Why it takes this long

We ship directly from the maker rather than holding stock in a domestic warehouse. That is how the prices stay where they are. The trade off is that your parcel travels further, and we would rather say so before you pay than after.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Delays

Customs checks and peak season can add time. If your order passes 25 business days with no delivery, contact us and we will reship or refund in full. Your choice.
